**About the Role**:
The position of Key Account Manager is responsible for driving and influencing continual growth in sales for assigned MCA accounts and territory through strengthening MCA relationships, developing customer plans and facilitating training in-store while also strategically influencing at Key Account Head office level to drive Miele brand advocacy and grow Miele's share of business.

Miele offers flexible hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home however, please note this may vary depending on requirements to travel and be in field.

In addition to the above, this role will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customer accounts (MCAs) and stakeholders with Key Account Head Offices
- Engaging with the Miele Field team to gain in field support for in store execution / training
- Working across Miele's departments (sales, marketing, finance & operations) to gain support for customer initiatives to ensure successful execution
- Ordering / Inventory and Distribution - work with the CS&L function to formulate a rolling 12-month demand forecast and ensure product availability at all times to meet market demand, especially during peak promotional periods.
- Working with Category Marketing Managers to ensure Miele's Core Range is established and regularly reviewing for optimal range assortment, aligned to strategic plans
- Regularly reviewing store performance and management of review process with key retail stakeholders
- Actively reviewing and negotiating the renewal of trading agreements annually, aligned to Key Stakeholder expectations
- Providing insights to customers and to Miele stakeholders where opportunities exist to increase sales
- Visiting key stores at a state level to present and discuss the centrally agreed plans to achieve engagement and achieve influential state prop/store support.

**About You**:

- Account Management level experience in retail, sales management and analysis or franchise industry - encompassing exposure to the white goods/small domestic appliance industry and businesses operating in a geographically dispersed network
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively across the organisation
- Ability to influence others effectively and negotiate at all levels
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to seek out and establish internal/external networking opportunities
- Ability to identify complex systems and process problems and look for practical solutions to overcome these in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to identify resources, develop and implement plans to achieve outcomes to complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to generate original solutions and unique ideas
- As the role will be required to travel to different retail partners, you will be required to hold a current drivers' license and own or have regular access to a vehicle
