Human Resources Coordinator Role
This role focuses on creating a positive culture and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment of staff, ensuring efficient processes.
* Partner with the Catholic Education Tasmania People Services team to enhance HR systems and processes.
* Develop and implement culture and wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee experience.
* Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including inductions and exit interviews.
* Foster relationships and communicate effectively, handling confidential information.
* Interpret and apply relevant legislation, including the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement.
* Mentor and support school office Administration Staff for optimal operation.
Required Skills:
* Strong previous HR experience with knowledge of generalist HR functions.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and organisation skills with prioritisation and meeting deadlines.
* Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
