The Role
We now seek a
State Sales Manager
to lead our sales team in South Australia into its next era of growth. This role will deliver the annual sales budget for equipment sales and long-term rentals across all market segments, working closely with the national sales and rental teams to support overall company sales performance.

Key Points Of Interest About This Role
* Reports to our General Manager Sales
* Straddles strategy and execution by building the sales strategy for South Australia and taking an active, hands-on role in translating this into a plan, and bringing it to life
* Builds, leads and coaches the state sales team to achieve consistently high performance across the sales lifecycle
* Provides operational sales guidance and management by leading proposal, quote and tender responses, as well as assisting your team members with achieving pricing and profitability targets
* Manages and develops key supplier relationships with our OEM business partners
* Provides reporting and analysis in a timely and accurate manner.
Here's what we're looking for:
* A robust B2B sales background, preferably in industrial equipment rental and hire, however, all similar industry backgrounds will be considered
* Verifiable success in leading and coaching sales teams
* Self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve results
* Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment
* Proven ability to generate new business and maintain excellent client relationships at multiple levels
* A customer-centric and commercially savvy approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
