Are you looking for work weekdays in the Liverpool area?The position is based at the hospital, servicing clients from both Liverpool and Fairfield’s Mental Health Service. The Clozapine Program provides evidence-based quality treatment and support services to people who meet the program acceptance criteria. When clozapine treatment is prescribed for a client of the F&LDMH, the treatment is coordinated through the Clozapine Program, and is monitored through formal review and reporting processes. Clinical indicators are collected, aggregated and analysed.
