An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Accounts Officer / Accounts Coordinator to take ownership of the finance function within a dynamic and professional business.

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable function and supporting broader accounting activities.
With a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail, this is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously while still being part of a close-knit team.
End-to-end Accounts Payable - invoice processing, approvals, and payments
Supplier management and payment runs
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Expense management and reporting
Assisting with Accounts Receivable administration where required
Supporting payroll processing (Xero)
Liaising with external accountants for month-end, BAS, and compliance

Qualifications
Flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week (full-time preferred)
