Position: EMR Clinical Documentation – Parkville Electronic Medical Record team (Permanent Full-Time)
About the Role
Permanent, full-time at 80 hours per fortnight within the Parkville EMR team. Responsibilities include design, build, testing, configuration, installation and support of EMR Clinical Documentation functionality.
Classification governed by Award 10 – Manager and Administrative Workers, Grade 8 Year 1 (AO81) to Grade 8 Year 5 (AO85). FTE base salary $121,274.40 to $133,842.80 per annum, plus superannuation.
Responsibilities
* Configure, build, test and perform system maintenance tasks to ensure the EMR application is available, current and well maintained.
* Perform analysis of workflows, enhancement requests and other technical issues associated with the EMR and develop functional and technical solutions that reflect an in-depth understanding of the user's requirements.
* Design and build approved EMR Clinical Documentation application optimisations to ensure that end users are effectively engaged in continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or relevant industry experience spanning 7+ years.
* Proven leadership experience in a team environment and ability to work well as a senior team member.
* Advanced skills in workflow review and design and proven ability to deliver solutions that meet the needs of end users.
* Ability to achieve work deadlines, prioritise workload and manage competing demands.
* Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on gaining consensus, facilitation, and consultation.

* Current National Criminal Record Check, or willingness to obtain.
* Valid Working with Children Check.
