About the Role
With consolidated growth from previous years plus ambitious plans to capitalise on their success, this highly geared and operationally focused business is looking for a driven & hungry Commercial Manager that can add to the strategic plan and help shape future business decisions. This person will report into the interstate CFO with a dotted line to the GM on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead & direct the commercial strategy to meet both business & customer KPI's
* Manage commercial agreements, pricing function & margin analysis
* Collaborate with various divisions to pull together project deliverables, customer metrics & any compliance/contract obligations
* Investigate trends, scenario analysis/business cases, long‑term planning and insights analysis
* Review risk analysis/mitigation and present this information to both the CFO & GM
About You
You will be a degree qualified, with a CA/CPA, 10+ years commercial experience in complex & operational businesses with well refined business partnering skills to support non‑finance stakeholders. You will be results focused, understand how to drive performance and change, as well as be on the front foot with ideas/insights to further strengthen their success. You will enjoy being part of contract/tendering processes and be looking for a role where you can further develop your capabilities.
