ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're excited to offer a new opportunity for an NDIS Plan Manager to join our growing team As a NDIS Plan Manager you will be providing essential support to Participants and ensure smooth financial management of NDIS plans.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Provide clear guidance on NDIS processes, budgets and expenditure tracking.
* Liaise with service providers to ensure invoices are accurate and processes promptly.
* Ensure all financial transactions, including invoices and payments, are accurately processed and documented.
* Review and approve invoices before submission to the portal.
* Ensure all transactions comply with NDIS guidelines.
Essential requirements include:
* Strong understanding and knowledge of NDIS funding.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in financial administration.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sound organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
* Good problem-solving ability and time management skills.
* Initiative, proactive attitude, with ability to multitask.
* Resilient, calm under pressure and able to adapt to change and manage competing demands.
* Possess an ability to follow procedures and legislative guidelines.
* Hold a current Drivers' Licence.
* Hold a Working with Children Check.
* Hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance.
* Complete NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety and You".
Desirable:
* A Certificate III Accounts Administration would be considered an advantage.
* Experience in NDIS Plan Management or a similar financial role.
