Managing a small digital team, you’ll drive supporter-facing fundraising programs to expand and engage the supporter base. Additionally, you will:Identify opportunities to drive small dollar donations and digital mobilisationRespond proactively to political events to sustain supporter engagementDeliver persuasive digital communications, collaborating across teams for aligned messagingDevelop data segmentation strategies to enhance campaign relevance and performanceAnalyse campaign data and report insights for optimisationSkills RequiredYou’re an agile, collaborative leader with experience in digital communications, marketing, campaigning, or fundraising, with a successful track record in issues-based campaigns within the nonprofit, advocacy, or political sectors.
