We are currently partnering with a leading resources and construction organisation delivering major projects across Western Australia.
Due to continued site activity and project expansion, they are seeking an experienced Mobilisation and Site Administration Officer to support high-volume workforce coordination, onboarding and site-based administration.
This role requires strong stakeholder communication, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.
Required Experience
Strong experience in mobilisation and site administration
Background in mining, construction or shutdown environments
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure within fast-paced operational settings
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid administrative capability
Ability to work both independently or collaboratively within a team environment
Current C-Class driver's licence
