About the role
Renko Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team in our Berrimah NT office. This is a full-time position that will provide crucial administrative support to our growing business.
What you'll be doing
* Providing general administrative support including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
* Administrative support for Management and Staff
* Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
* Performing other administrative duties as assigned
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Have a can-do attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the Company
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
