Facility Worker/Driver – Records Management
Employment type: Casual (full‐time hours) with the possibility of permanent employment after six months.

* Valid car licence

The Opportunity
Join our Records Management team to ensure the secure, compliant, and on‐time handling of client records. You will perform warehouse and transport tasks using scanners and systems to maintain accurate inventory and deliver excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
Warehouse & Inventory
* Pick, pack, sort, and stage sensitive files and cartons with precision.
* Complete daily safety, compliance, and housekeeping checks.
* Use RF scanners, PCs, and warehouse systems to process orders and inventory updates.
Transport Support
* Safely load/unload vehicles and support drivers as required.
* Undertake local deliveries/collections when needed.
* Maintain chain‐of‐custody and secure handling of client records at all times.
Safety, Compliance & Service
* Follow WHS procedures and manual handling best practice.
* Protect confidentiality and privacy of client information.
* Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
About You
* LF Forklift licence (required).
* RF scanning experience (desirable – training provided).
* Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
* Prior warehouse experience (preferred); transport experience (advantageous).
* Valid car licence (minimum requirement for the transport component).
* Able to meet NT Police probity requirements.
* Comfortable with regular manual handling and working to time‐critical deadlines.
