About the Role
As Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the professional and operational functions of the pharmacy while working closely with the owners and team to deliver exceptional healthcare outcomes to the local community.
This is a hands-on leadership role involving:
* Managing day-to-day dispensary operations
* Leading and mentoring pharmacists, dispensary technicians and pharmacy assistants
* Delivering outstanding customer and patient care
* Providing pharmacist immunisations and professional services
* Ensuring compliance with all professional and legislative requirements
* Driving professional services growth and community healthcare initiatives
* Building strong relationships with regular patients and the local community
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
* Current general registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist
* Pharmacist immunisation qualification (essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a leadership or Pharmacist Manager role preferred
* A genuine passion for community pharmacy and patient care
* The ability to lead a positive, supportive team culture
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
We are particularly looking for someone who enjoys rural/community pharmacy and values building long-term relationships with patients and the wider community.
