Title: Project and Change ManagerEmployment: Full time / Fixed Term (12 months) with potential to go permanent.Location: Hobart, TAS or Surrey Hills, VIC

As a key member of our National Management Team, you'll lead our Project Management Office, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a smooth and impactful integration following our merger with Mosaic Support Services.
This role is your opportunity to shape organisational excellence, champion our client's experience, and enable meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead organisational integration and strategic planning.
This role ensures our organisation puts the customer experience first, whilst delivering quality, safe, efficient and financially sustainable services.
Oversee the Project Management Office, delivering high-impact projects with strong governance, performance measurement, and risk management.
Drive organisational improvement and innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, digital capability, and service delivery.
Build project and change capability, mentoring teams, promoting new ways of working, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Strengthen relationships and organisational reputation, engaging key stakeholders and providing clear, evidence-based guidance to the Board and leadership.
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
Senior leadership experience with strong people, financial and analytical management capability, and a proven ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes.
Expertise in project and change management within large, complex organisations, including leading major transformation initiatives.
Communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed, decisive decisions.
Proven ability to build strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting collaboration and successful organisational change.
Post graduate qualification/s in a relevant and related discipline e.g. business, project and change Management
PMI or PRINCE2 certifications are highly desirable, but not essential.
