Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive shopping experience.
* Maximise sales opportunities through effective product knowledge and upselling techniques.
* Operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
* Manage cash and EFTPOS transactions and conduct daily balancing exercises.
* Maintain stock levels and assist with regular stocktakes.
* Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
* Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
* Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
The successful candidate will work on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. They will be based at the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal and enjoy access to discounted boat tours, cruises, and diving activities.
