We'reseekingan analytical and curious thinker who enjoys problem solving and finding the story behind data. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with multiple teams across Lifeblood to understand how we work today, and design better,simplerand more scalable ways of working for the future.
With a strong focus on insights, processoptimisationand decision support, you'll help remove roadblocks, improveefficiencyand enable partnership teams to focus on what they do best: building relationships that grow the donor community and strengthenlongtermimpact.
Key responsibilities
* Analyse partnership trends, pipelines,behavioursand performance to uncover opportunities and risks
* Build andmaintain reports,dashboardsand KPI frameworks to support evidence based decisions
* Turn data, operational challenges and business needs into clear recommendations and practical solutions
* Map and optimise end to end processes to reduce friction and improve consistency
* Lead root cause analysis and support system and workflow improvements
* Develop business requirements, user stories and documentation for new tools and initiatives
* Support change management, adoptionand capability uplift across partnership teams
* Partner with stakeholders to define success measures, track outcomes and demonstrate impact

* Experience coordinating,analysingor reporting in a partnerships,marketingor sales environment
* Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Confidence translating technical or complex information into clear, actionable insights
* Experience supporting business planning, targeted initiatives or change programs
* Advanced Excel and reporting capability
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
