Your Role
* Support Project Managers with budgeting and financial tasks, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Provide timely reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress.
* Submit and track progress claims, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
* Administer site payments using financial reporting software, streamlining processes and reducing errors.
* Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, insurances, and final accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
* Assess risks and review tenders, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Support claims and disputes, providing expert advice and guidance.
* Oversee procurement schedules and subcontractor agreements, ensuring smooth project delivery.
* Manage contract milestones and stakeholder communication, maintaining strong relationships and open lines of communication.
* Ensure insurance and contract compliance, upholding industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with consultants and prepare handover manuals, ensuring a smooth transition of projects.
