What you'll be doing
* Operate final trim graders to shape and smooth earthen surfaces to precise specifications
* Perform routine maintenance and pre-start checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
* Collaborate with the wider project team to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines
* Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations
* Assist with other construction duties as required
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator in the construction industry
* Demonstrated proficiency in operating final trim graders and other heavy earthmoving equipment
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to safety and environmental best practices
* Relevant certificates and licences (e.g. HR driver's licence, high-risk work licence)
