Due to exceptional growth, we are looking to hire a casual gardener for 1-2 days per week as well as backfilling leave of regular staff. The position has the potential to expand hours for the right candidate. About the role: - Maintaining lawns and gardens around the region - Installing gardens and some landscaping The ideal candidate will have the following capabilites: - Experience and proficiency with varied yard maintenance and gardening equipment. I.e. zero turn ride-on mower, whipper snipper, hedge trimmer, pressure washer, etc. - able to work independently and as a team - complete work with an attention to detail - can do attitude - reliable transport to and from work Candidates with prior experience and/or a cert II equivalent in Horticulture viewed favourably.
