What our program offers:A 12-month graduate program with three, four-month rotations within a broad and dynamic organization, followed by a permanent full-time opportunitySupport network of mentors, buddies, and a dedicated graduate program manager7-part Graduate Learning Series designed to help build your network and acclimate to corporate lifeExposure to Senior Leaders through "meet & greet" sessions tailored specifically for graduatesA capstone project working with other graduates on a business problem and presenting recommendations to senior leadersAbout the opportunity:Starting in February 2026, as our Finance Graduate, you'll complete three four-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of the business.Working in our internal consulting team, you'll help shape strategy, support financial analysis, and contribute to sustainability initiatives like energy tracking and emissions reporting.
You'll gain exposure to M&A activity and grow alongside RACV as we advance our sustainability disclosure journey.
Throughout the program, you could be involved with:Sustainability-related projects and initiativesMerger & Acquisition activitiesFacilities Management:You'll manage and contribute to significant projects while expanding your skills, challenging yourself, and taking meaningful steps in building your career.
