This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and teach Science courses at a high-performing public school. As a science teacher leader, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and assessing student progress. You will work collaboratively with the school community to create a supportive learning environment that fosters student wellbeing and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Year 11 or 12 ATAR and General Science courses
* Teach Year 7 to 10 Science subjects
* Develop and implement curriculum plans to engage students and meet educational standards
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Hold an eligible teaching qualification and registration
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights
* Obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit
