Join our Risk and Advocacy function as an Operational Resilience Risk Manager. This is a senior opportunity to shape and strengthen resilience practices across the organisation.
What You'll Do
* Lead business resilience and continuity frameworks, policies, and tools
* Set resilience requirements and oversee Critical Operations
* Provide Second Line advice, assurance, and regulatory alignment (CPS 230)
* Drive training, awareness, and a strong resilience culture
* Lead crisis/incident response and embed lessons learned
* Report to senior management and mentor team members
What You'll Bring
* Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline (business, law, finance, commerce, IT, mathematics, risk, compliance) is highly desired
* 5+ years' experience in operational risk and/or operational resilience (including business continuity) roles within a financial services environment
* Strong understanding of Insurance Operations
* Demonstrated experience in risk and control frameworks
* Experience with prudential regulatory frameworks, specifically CPS 230
* Proven experience in dealing with senior management
