Job Title: Legal Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team on a temporary basis as a legal support specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing personal injury claims from initial instruction through to settlement.
* Preparing and managing personal injury claims from initial instruction through to settlement
* Drafting legal correspondence and court documents
* Liaising with clients, medical experts, insurers, and barristers
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
* Supporting solicitors with research, file management, and matter progression
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally in personal injury
* Strong working knowledge of LEAP legal software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
* A professional and empathetic approach when working with clients
