Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant
About The Role
At Repco, we want to ensure that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.
This role requires weekday availability and some weekend work as needed.
As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), your key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
* Providing genuine service & creating moments that matter with customers
* Using your strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance
* Maintaining showroom presentation & merchandising standards
* Processing stock: receiving, dispatching, & storing
* Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, & collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture
Note: this role involves lifting, bending, & climbing.
