1. Mainly responsible for leading high-profile projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.
2. Strategically mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and capabilities.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, translating their challenges into actionable AI and Data solutions.
4. Leverage expertise in cloud platforms and modern data architectures to optimize scalability, efficiency, and performance.
5. Pioneering Agile methodologies, data governance, and AI/ML best practices to ensure long-term client success.
6. Contributing to thought leadership, internal knowledge sharing, and innovation within our AI and Data practice.
We collaborate with over 500 specialists across Australia, partnering with clients in both public and private sectors to deliver innovative solutions. We partner with leading technology providers such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, and Databricks.
We're seeking a tech-savvy, problem-solving leader who thrives in a data-driven environment.
* A minimum of 6 years of experience in Software Development, System Design, Data Engineering/Modelling, or Data Migration, including project management and leadership experience.
* Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices, Data and Solution Architecture, and big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
* Experience with modern cloud services like Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
* Agile project management skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
