Key Responsibilities:
1. Process customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Prepare detailed reports and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regularly.
3. Work closely with account managers to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
Requirements:
* You should have experience in customer service and/or sales administration.
* Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for establishing strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP systems is highly regarded.
