Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the highest standards of product quality and service excellence.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development.
* Train and develop up to 40 employees, including chefs, apprentices, and kitchen staff.
* Maintain strict compliance with workplace health and safety protocols.
* Analyze and control departmental costs to meet financial targets.
Requirements
* A formal qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
* Proven experience in middle to upper-level management within a large 4-5 star hotel/resort.
* Thorough knowledge of Food Safety and workplace health and safety practices.
* A valid WA motor vehicle driver's license.
