This role involves delivering high end Landscaping across Perths most affluent suburbs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, efficient, safety-focused, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Softscape Installation
* Laying turf and lawn preparation
* Planting trees, shrubs, and general garden installations
* Soil preparation, mulching, and improving garden bed structure
* Irrigation adjustments and minor system troubleshooting
Hardscape Tasks
* Assisting with paving, small retaining walls, and basic concreting
* Installing garden edging (Corten, steel, pavers, etc.)
* Supporting drainage works and site preparation
Project Execution
* Reading and interpreting site plans, job sheets, and instructions
* Completing tasks to a high standard with strong attention to detail
* Maintaining tools, machinery, and equipment
Safety & Compliance
* Ensuring all work is performed safely and in line with workplace health and safety standards
* Keeping sites clean, organised, and hazard-free
