We're seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager (OCM) with a current NV2 clearance to support major transformation programs within the Defence setting. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and end‐users to drive adoption, uplift capability and embed current ways of working across complex, secure environments.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience delivering organisational change in Defence or Defence Industry.
* Robust stakeholder engagement across APS, uniformed personnel and integrated project teams.
* Ability to develop change strategies, impact assessments, communications and training plans.
* Confidence operating in secure, high‐governance environments.
* Current NV2 clearance (mandatory).
What you'll do:
* Lead change planning and execution across multi‐stream Defence programs.
* Shape communication, engagement and readiness activities.
* Support leadership teams through transition and adoption.
* Ensure change outcomes land effectively in operational environments.
