About the role
Camatta Lempens Lawyers' are seeking motivated and experienced Litigation, Commercial, Estates and Probate Lawyers to join our legal team in Adelaide, South Australia. These are full-time roles but can be made flexible for the prefect candidate. There is an opportunity to work on a wide range of complex legal matters within these practice areas.
What you'll be doing
* Work closely with clients, taking instructions and building trusted relationships
* Draft a range of estate planning documents for simple or complex estate planning
* Provide advice on various estate planning, estate administration and estate dispute matters
* Work with senior lawyers and directors to develop own practice and technical abilities
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare correspondence
* Prepare court documents
* Attend procedural hearings
* Manage deadlines, compliance, and accurate file records
What we're looking for
* 1-5+ years of experience as a Litigation, Commercial, Estates and Probate Lawyer
* Strives for excellence and produces work of a high standard
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Thorough understanding of litigation, commercial and/or estates and probate laws and regulations
* Capable of working collaboratively with a team and semi-autonomously under supervision of seniors
* Commitment to providing exceptional client service
* Admission to practice as a lawyer in South Australia (or eligible for admission)
