Customer Service Assistant – A Good Place to Be
Location: Ipswich Branches : Ravenswood,IP3 9QJ and Mutual House, IP1 1QT
Salary: £12,653.55 per annum + Great Benefits
Hours: Thursday to Friday, 8.45am to 4.45pm
Saturday 8.45am to 1.00pm (18.15 hrs per week)

About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the friendly face of Suffolk Building Society, helping our members with their financial needs while creating meaningful connections. This is more than just a customer service role—it's a chance to make a real difference.

* Provide an outstanding, friendly, and professional experience to all members.
* Handle financial transactions with care and accuracy.
* Offer guidance on our savings and mortgage products, helping members make informed choices.
* Stay up to date with our products and services, ensuring you can confidently assist members.
* Support local community initiatives and charity programs.
* Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive workplace.
What We're Looking For
* A passion for helping people and delivering excellent service.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Attention to detail and confidence in handling transactions.
