State Sales Manager – Western Australia
Adaptalift Group seeks an experienced sales leader to grow our JCB division in WA. This role combines team leadership with business development, strategic sales management, and strong customer and OEM relationships.
Responsibilities
* Build, lead, and coach the WA sales team to achieve sales targets for the JCB construction, industrial and agricultural equipment portfolio.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, grow accounts and build long‐term relationships across construction, earthmoving, civil, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
* Drive sales strategy, pipeline development, pricing, margins and forecasting while monitoring competitor activity and market opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with JCB Australia and JCB UK to support overall sales growth and dealership success.
Qualifications and Experience
You are an experienced sales leader who thrives on building teams, winning business and driving growth in competitive capital equipment markets.
* Proven experience leading and managing a sales team.
* Strong business development and account management capability.
* Experience developing sales strategies and managing pipelines.
* Commercial acumen across pricing, margins and budgeting.
* Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‐building skills.
* Ability to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders.
