Join Our Accounts Team – Bookkeeper/Accounts Clerk
We’re looking for a friendly, numbers‑savvy person to join our busy and tight‑knit accounts team. If you’re proactive, detail‑oriented, and keen to build a stable, long‑term career with a firm that genuinely values its people, this could be the perfect opportunity.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Working from a shared email inbox, you’ll manage a high volume of requests that require accuracy, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail. This is a full‑time position.
What We’re Looking For
* Background in accounting or finance, with 2–3 years of experience ideal but not essential
* A fast learner and natural problem solver
* High attention to detail, especially when working with numbers
* Experience with legal trust accounting is preferred but not essential
* Comfortable with technology - Actionstep, Xero, Excel, and managing multiple bank accounts are a big plus
* A great communicator who enjoys being part of a team
* Someone looking to commit and grow with us long‑term
