Job Title: Principal Legal Officer

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex or sensitive matters, and will be able to provide clear communication and comprehensive knowledge to engage with stakeholders. They will also have experience in leading and developing teams, setting goals, and driving performance through effective performance management.
* Manage and supervise lawyers within the team, providing guidance and support as needed;
* Provide second-level counselling to lawyers within the team, addressing complex or sensitive matters;
* Engage with stakeholders through clear communication and comprehensive knowledge, adopting a pragmatic approach to problem-solving;
* Lead and develop a team, setting goals and driving performance through effective performance management;
* Delegate work appropriately and measure performance.
