About You
You're a skilled developer who is always willing to take on new challenges. You will be organized, adaptable, and capable of working across multiple projects and timelines. You will be a reliable source of information for each team, with excellent relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
* Deliver projects utilizing Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
* Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
* Test and evaluate new programs.
* IDentify areas for modification in existing software and develop modifications.
* Write and implement efficient code with proper unit testing.
* Determine operational practicality.
* Develop quality assurance procedures.
* Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics.
* Maintain and upgrade existing systems.
* Train users.
* Work closely with other developers, UX designers, project managers, business and systems analysts/architects.
* Adhere to best practices and standards on development, including source control and technologies like Git and GitHub and Salesforce.
* Use Development Lifecycle tooling and technologies like Salesforce DX.
* Evaluate project documentation, both internal and external, to ensure it aligns to standards.
* Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
* Possess experience or knowledge in data query languages: SOQL, SQL (e.g., Postgres, MySQL), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
* Hold experience or knowledge in web technologies: HTML, CSS.
* Possess experience or knowledge in cloud solutions: Salesforce, Heroku, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Oracle.
* Familiarity with backend frameworks/libraries: Node.js, GraphQL.
* Familiarity with frontend/UI frameworks/libraries: React, Angular, Vue, Styled Components, Lightning, Lightning Web Components.
* Familiarity with mobile frameworks/libraries: React Native, Flutter, iOS.
* Familiarity with Vlocity OmniStudio: OmniScripts, Flex Cards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures.
* Demonstrate knowledge and interest in cloud solutions, mobile/web development, and the latest technologies.
* Show ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* Exhibit exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Display attention to detail and a desire to probe further into data.
* Demonstrate attention to feedback and willingness to always improve outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and related domains.
* Knowledge of applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
* Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
* A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.
* Actively developing their professional network and giving back to the community through participation in user and other groups, events, and organizations.
