We're searching for a full‐time Lead Veterinarian who can bring fresh energy, new ideas, and a clear vision for the future – someone excited by the opportunity to lead, mentor, and help shape the direction of a well‐established clinic.

About the role
* Provide clinical leadership and support to the team
* Collaborate with the Practice Manager on clinic requirements
* Mentor and develop veterinarians and nurses
* Promote a positive and collaborative clinic culture
* Drive high clinical standards and patient care outcomes
* Maintain a varied caseload of medicine and surgery
* Full‐time is preferred but part‐time can be discussed depending on your needs and the clinic's needs

About you
* BVSc (or equivalent) and eligible for a full Victorian registration
* 5+ years' Veterinary experience preferred
* Leadership experience welcomed but not essential
* Passion for mentoring, teamwork and clinical excellence
* A positive, collaborative, fun and grounded approach
