Key Responsibilities
* Deliver warm, efficient overnight service and respond to guest needs promptly.
* Manage check ins, check outs, payments and nightly postings accurately.
* Complete the night audit and ensure all revenue and documentation is correct.
* Action guest requests, messages and complaints with professionalism.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to prepare rooms.
* Maintain knowledge of hotel systems, rates, packages and local area info.
* Support other departments as needed and follow all WHS and hotel procedures.
What You'll Bring
* Strong customer service focus and confidence working independently overnight.
* Experience with front office operations and night audit processes.
* High accuracy with financial transactions and system use.
* Clear communication skills and the ability to resolve guest issues calmly.
* Solid understanding of hotel procedures, WHS and cashiering standards.
* A proactive, detail driven approach and willingness to support the wider team.
