What You'll Be Doing
To provide an effective and efficient Social Work service that addresses the psychosocial aspects of care for patients, as identified.
To provide intervention including support, education and resources to people in the context of their bio-psycho-social situation, to assist in dealing with health events.
About You
You are a qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work (or equivalent qualification) and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Your practice is grounded in a strong understanding of the Social Work role within the healthcare context, with a focus on delivering compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals and families.
