House Supervisor Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor to join our team in the Newcastle and Hunter region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing three independent living homes.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Managing client relationships and liaising with support workers and other service providers.
* Creating and updating rosters, documenting information, and managing data entry and reporting.
* Conducting internal recruitment and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as an Office Manager, Team Leader or Social Worker.
* Knowledge of the NDIS (desired but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
You will also require professional certifications such as a current WWCC, NDIS check, and police check. If you have the required skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
