Office Manager Position
This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who can ensure the smooth operation of our office as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues by answering calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining a tidy and well-organised office environment, assisting with meetings, events, and catering, and supporting the property management team with tasks such as rental enquiries, applications, inspections, and maintenance requests.
* Contribute to marketing efforts, stock lists, and online content for the sales team by providing accurate information and records.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operation of the office by communicating effectively and resolving any issues that may arise.
