Job Title: Broker Support
We are seeking a highly skilled support officer to join our team at Infinity Group Australia. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end loan process with precision and strategic insight, assessing client financials, structuring loan scenarios, and ensuring applications are submitted accurately and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
* Login Processing & Compliance: Prepare and lodge loan applications via online platforms, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
* Maintain records in CRM systems.
* Client Financial Assessment: Review income, liabilities, credit reports, and asset positions.
* Assist brokers with serviceability calculations and loan structuring aligned to client goals and lender policy.
* Stakeholder Management: Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, accountants, and valuers to drive timely settlements.
* Escalate issues proactively and manage expectations across all parties.
* Data Integrity & Opportunity Identification: Maintain clean, consistent CRM records. Identify opportunities and flag leads for brokers and relationship managers.
Requirements:
* Experience & Knowledge: 2–3 years in mortgage broking, lending operations, or financial services. Exposure to residential, investment, and construction lending is highly valued.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in software applications, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Confident using calculators and interpreting financial documents.
* Qualifications: Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred). Accreditation (preferred but not essential). Must meet compliance standards.
* Professional Standards: Clear Police & Credit Report (mandatory). High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
* Availability: Full working rights in Australia. Willingness to work weekends when required.
