Job Description:
As an IT Desktop Technician, you will provide technical support across multiple campuses and remote locations.
The role focuses on end-user computing, supporting staff and students with desktops, laptops, AV equipment, telephony, and peripherals.
You will work on-site on a rostered basis to ensure presence and support services are available to the broader community.
* Provide Level 2 technical support to staff, executives, and students on desktops, laptops, AV equipment, telephony, and peripherals.
* Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support as required.
* Offer guidance and advice for resolving hardware, software, and device issues.
* Update users regularly on incident progress via ticketing systems and escalates when necessary.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical expertise in end-user computing
* Ability to provide level 2 technical support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
