**Your New Company**:
You will be joining a well-established company who have 3 separate business functions: property development, construction, and finance and over 20 years' experience within the industry.
You will be joining the development team, which currently consists of 30 talented development and project managers, who currently work across various areas, from residential living to thriving retail, commercial properties and precincts, critical early education and childcare, predominantly within Victoria, but are also expanding into other states, recently securing their first development in WA.
They have recently moved into new offices in an excellent South Yarra location, close to several public transport options and amenities.

**Your New Role**:
You will be joining the Development Team within the company, which currently consists of over 30 Development Managers, where you will help support the team across property management and general admin support.
Within this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide executive assistance to the Property Director and other Senior Managers
- Provide administrative support to the Development team including;
- Meeting scheduling and minuting
- Invoicing & supplier quotes
- Information recording & key date tracking
- File Management
- Preparation of presentations
- Contract and Lease Management
- Marketing support for projects
- Other general administrative duties as required.
- Property Management
- Attend to repairs & maintenance requirements
- Lease management
- Liaison with tenants and owners corporation as required
- Liaise with and monitor the performance of external managing agents
- Asset budgeting (rent, outgoings, R&M)
- Monitor rental and outgoings arrears
- Attend to insurance requirements
- Assist with the divestment of existing assets
- Attend to other day to day property management issues as they arise
