Customer Service Representative
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, interacting with customers daily.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.
2. Provide expert advice on various topics, including gas usage, delivery methods, and site compliance requirements.
3. Process new account setups and manage existing accounts, ensuring timely updates and reconciliations.
4. Coordinate stock transfers, inventory stock-takes, and changeovers for OOD cylinders.
5. Manage administrative tasks for agents, including full reconciliation of Fill Only accounts.
6. Compile and report market trends, product developments, and price differences to the Customer Service Manager or Account Manager.
