Job Description
SGS are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our office in Perth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing vital administrative and customer service support. Strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
Other responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
* Answer and direct all incoming switchboard calls to the appropriate staff member
* Respond to all Voicemail messages on reception phones
* Meet and Greet all corporate visitors
* Monitor Perth Airport Reception mailbox
* Collect and process incoming and outgoing mail, airbags and freight as per procedure
* Assign and create access (swipe) cards for our staff, visitors and guests.
* Administration support for the facilities team
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
* 5-10 yrs experience working in a similar role
* Experience in a front desk environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum of Year 12 High school graduation certificate
* Computer literacy, particularly internal email, Microsoft Office suite, and Oracle
