We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established national business with a high-performing distribution operation. They’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team and ensure the warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and consistently meets operational targets.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, building strong team culture, and driving performance across receiving, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
You’ll have real impact – both on the performance of the warehouse and the development of the team.

The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation while supporting the broader supply chain team to maintain strong service levels.
On any given day you’ll be:
* Leading and supervising a warehouse team of around 10- 20 people, setting the standard for safety, productivity and teamwork.
* Planning and coordinating warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch
* Ensuring operational KPIs and customer service targets are consistently met
* Coaching and developing staff to optimise performance and capability
* Driving a strong health and safety culture across the site
* Monitoring inventory and operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth supply chain performance
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency and cost control
You’ll bring:
* Over 3 years Leadership experience under your belt in a warehouse or distribution environment. Inbound- even better.
* Previous experience in a supervisor, team leader or senior warehouse role
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory and dispatch processes
* The ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
* A structured approach to planning, organising and meeting operational targets
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Confidence using warehouse systems and reporting tools
* Background dealing with Freight, Ugly, Modular (inbound ideally)
