Restore Historic Fire Appliances
The DFES Heritage Fleet is a collection of vintage fire engines that showcases the evolution of firefighting technology in Western Australia. As a volunteer, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for maintaining and restoring these historic vehicles.
The fleet participates in various events and activities, including parades, education programs, and community events. You will have the opportunity to develop new skills, work collaboratively with a close-knit team, and contribute to preserving the state's rich firefighting history.
* Restoration Team: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs on the vintage fleet appliances.
* Driving Team: Drive the vintage fleet appliances in parades and participate in corporate and community events.
