Your Role
The purpose of the Desktop engineer role is to provide onsite and remote desktop support by responding to and resolving incidents and service requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigate diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.
* Providing End User device technical support and a customer-oriented service experience.
* Manning the technical hub for walk-up requests
* Troubleshooting desktops laptops and tablets running a Windows OS (10 and 11).
* Working within Azure AD
* Working with and troubleshooting common enterprise applications (MS Office 365, Adobe, etc..)
* Troubleshooting peripherals (printers, POS terminals, barcode scanners, etc…)
* Ability to work with composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple demands
Your Profile
* Minimum 1 years experience with troubleshooting end user issues in a corporate environment
* Excellent written and spoken communication
* ITIL v3 MCITP/MCTS and/or relevant technical qualifications highly regarded
