Join UniSQ as a WIL Operations Assistant, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the seamless delivery of Work Integrated Learning (WIL). Working collaboratively within Academic Services and alongside School-based WIL teams, you’ll help strengthen industry-connected learning opportunities and support student success at every stage of their journey.

You are a proactive and adaptable administrator who enjoys working with a wide range of people and tasks. What you'll do

You’ll provide highly proficient administrative and customer service support to the WIL Operations and Strategy team and students. You’ll assist with planning, pre and post placement activities, compliance processing, partner relationship management, and a variety of WIL initiatives that contribute to student engagement, preparedness, and positive learning outcomes. You will also:


* Provide administrative support for student compliance and guide students through preparation requirements to ensure eligibility for placement.
* Assist with managing WIL partner relationships, including agreement management and maintaining accurate partner records.
* Maintain WIL resources and contribute to student communication planning to enhance engagement and preparedness.
* Process clinical payments and manage invoicing activities with accuracy and in accordance with UniSQ policies and procedures.
What will help you succeed

To thrive in this role, you will require a certificate level qualification in a relevant discipline with subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training as well as:


* Capability to deliver high-quality administrative services in a fast-paced environment using relevant systems.
* Proven capability to build effective relationships with diverse clients while maintaining confidentiality.
* Ability to contribute to continuous improvement and deliver outcomes efficiently.
* Well-developed prioritisation, follow-through, and teamwork skills.
* Flexible, proactive, and responsive during periods of change.

Salary: Total remuneration range $86,910 to $92,323 pa (includes salary range of $73,296 to $77,861 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
