Join Our Culinary Team in Queanbeyan
We're on the lookout for a passionate, skilled, and trade‑qualified Chef to bring their talent to a warm and welcoming community aged care facility. If you thrive in a supportive kitchen environment and love making a meaningful impact through food, we'd love to hear from you.
Weekend Role: Saturday & Sunday | 6:00am – 2:00pm

Key attributes and responsibilities
* Previous aged care catering experience is highly desirable.
* Commercial cookery qualifications essential.
* High level of QA, WH&S, HACCP and food safety knowledge.
* Previous experience in the design and implementation of nutritionally adequate and appropriate menus specific to Aged Care
* Empathy towards residents, staff and clients.
* Produce high quality, nutritious and well-presented meals in line with aged care food service guidelines.
* Assist the chef manager with menu design and implementation
* Excellent client and resident liaison skills.
* Have reliable transport.
